Friendly staff, spotless place. Easy check-in/check-out. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to attractions. Nearby cafes and restaurants. Supermarket and 99c shops for essentials. Good location near train station and city center. Spacious room, perfect air conditioning. Short walk to Duomo. Safe area. New, clean, well-equipped bathroom.

The hotel offered two great amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to major attractions and landmarks in the city. the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
There were some negative aspects of our experience. the lack of toilet facilities for guests was highly inconvenient and frustrating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and welcoming, exceeding my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities like a comfortable shower and a smart TV with the option to watch my own Netflix channel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and the train station.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Florence, I was delighted with the spacious room and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room also had a lovely sofa and balcony, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel was great value for the price and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was also convenient, with the main attractions such as Piazza Del Duomo within a short 10-minute walk.
While the hotel was close to the main attractions, it was a bit further to reach the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Del Signoria, and Ponte Vecchio, requiring a 20-minute walk or taking a bus. Additionally, I would have preferred breakfast to be served until 11:30 to allow for a more leisurely morning, especially for guests on vacation.

The location, in a quiet area of the city, is perfect for a peaceful stay while still being within easy reach of the city center. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. And let's not forget the breakfast, with hot fresh pastries that start the day off on a delicious note.
